Job summary

JPMorganChase Equities Operations is seeking a Project Manager II to lead strategic programs from conception to execution within Global Clearing and Prime services. You will drive cross-functional delivery, apply data analytics, and ensure alignment with business strategy while navigating risk and controls.

You will manage complex projects, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and leverage automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities in a PM context.
Experience in financial markets or financial services operations.
Experience in project governance and stakeholder management.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
Experience with automation to streamline workflows.
Knowledge of Stock Borrow Loan or Prime Broker is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects with data analytics and digital proficiency.
Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and regular stakeholder updates.
Apply strategic thinking to identify scenarios, evaluate impact and risk for departmental outcomes.
Ensure projects comply with Risk, Control, and firm-wide guidelines.
