Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Cost Management) to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States. The role focuses on financial management of projects, including budgets, cost projections, and profit projections with limited supervision.

The candidate will manage complex budgets, coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors, and support sales presentations. Mission critical experience and strong software skills are valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in commercial construction (mission critical/data center preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of budget management, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
  • Proficiency in project management software: Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, Nexus.
  • Ability to interface with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients.
  • Experience with complex projects such as mission critical, healthcare, labs or manufacturing is a plus.
