Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $55 - $60 /hour
Duration: 6 Months with the potential for extension

Job Description Summary:
The Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations - Emerging Fraud role at an American company operating online food ordering and food delivery focuses on reducing fraud and developing solutions to protect the platform. The role will involve strategizing and executing goals related to new business lines, analyzing fraud behaviors, and investigating fraud cases. Additionally, the position emphasizes balancing user experience with fraud prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's strategy in new areas to deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across the platform, conducting end-to-end analysis to identify bad actors and improve the experience of good users.
• Influence and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Use data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce fraud while accelerating growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields; high-growth experience.
• Experience leading large projects, achieving goals, and excelling in a team environment.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets).
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across different teams and functions.
