Stark Tech is actively looking for a Project Manager in Brick Township, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee contractual commitments.
• Thoroughly review technical documents and respond to project inquiries.
• Closely monitor costs and progress, ensuring efficient use of all project resources.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ project management experience in building automation or HVAC systems and energy management initiatives.
• Associate degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel extensively and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Government badge may be required for most sites; must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.

Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification an added advantage.
