Job summary

Element Materials Technology seeks a Project Manager to oversee a large portfolio of customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope while delivering a positive customer experience. The role requires self-supervision as you handle a high volume of projects and implement corrective actions.

You will collaborate with test engineers, lab managers, and the publications team to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently, maintaining data integrity and client communication

Qualifications

• Finance and budget management experience for projects.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and proactively.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycles of all assigned test projects from opening to close.
• Manage project data across systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle invoicing, revenue tracking, and cost control.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to clients.
• Advise on costs, program, delays, and issues with clients.
• Ensure scope is controlled and change orders are properly billed.
