Compensation: $90,000- $95,000/ Yearly, Depending on experience

ARB Underground is seeking Project Manager I to support our job locations in Pittsburg, CA.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Report to and assist Division Manager
• Participate in job site safety requirements as required by the client (long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
• Utilize safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)
• Participate in daily huddles with direct project team (Super/FM/Field Engineers)
• Discuss obstacles encountered and work to resolve them
• Provide real-time feedback for your direct reports
• Review production with Super/FM and focus on underperformers
• Conduct field observations of top performers
• Perform site visits (3-days/week in field on project site)
• Review and discuss JHA and gather feedback from the field
• Document and provide feedback from huddles to leadership
• Review HCSS/B2W Daily Reports submitted by Foreman for accuracy
• Manage project schedules and payroll
• Ensure work authorization is issued and acknowledged
• Submit RFIs / PCOs for out of scope work or extra work included in the proposal
• Review and sign invoice packets for submittal
• Facilitate resolution of claims and provide immediate notice to Division Manager as these arise
