What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage higher education projects through all phases, including programming, planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Collaborate with Studio Leadership on project strategy, fee development, proposals, contracts, and staffing coordination
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budgets, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate internal teams and consultants to ensure strong communication and project integration
  • Facilitate and document regular client, consultant, and project team meetings
  • Support project setup, contract administration, invoicing coordination, and project documentation processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience managing architectural projects, client relationships, and project teams
  • Professional degree in Architecture
