Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects in Virginia. You’ll own cost, schedule, and profitability from buyout through closeout, leading a team with field personnel and subcontractors on VDOT-driven work across Virginia.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in heavy civil with PM or senior APM experience, DOT familiarity, and a track record in cost control and change orders. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects, with recent time as a PM or senior APM.
• VDOT or other DOT project experience strongly preferred.
• Proven cost, schedule and change order management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Virginia or ready to relocate; relocation assistance available.

Responsabilités

Project Manager, Heavy Civil / VDOT

Location: Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads, VA area (Virginia projects, relocation available)

An established, family owned self perform heavy civil contractor with more than 50 years in Virginia is hiring a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects across the state. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager or senior APM with VDOT or other DOT experience who wants ownership of real projects with a contractor that keeps winning work. You'll run roadway, highway and utility projects from start to finish, much of it VDOT work. Hampton Roads candidates are great, and candidates from anywhere ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For
