The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects in Virginia. You will own cost, schedule, and profit from buyout through closeout, lead the project from start to finish, and coordinate with VDOT and owners.

Candidates with 7+ years in heavy civil, DOT projects and a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree are encouraged to relocate to Virginia; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects with a PM or senior APM role.
• VDOT or other DOT project experience strongly preferred.
• Proven cost, schedule and change order management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Virginia or willing to relocate; relocation assistance available.

An established, family owned self perform heavy civil contractor with more than 50 years in Virginia is hiring a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects across the state. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager or senior APM with VDOT or other DOT experience who wants ownership of real projects with a contractor that keeps winning work. You'll run roadway, highway and utility projects from start to finish, much of it VDOT work. Hampton Roads candidates are great, and candidates from anywhere ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For

• HCSS HeavyJob, HeavyBid or P6 experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Based in Virginia or ready to relocate, relocation assistance available
