Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil, FDOT highway and bridge work in the Naples, FL area. The role demands ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontracts and owner communication, with a path from PM to senior PM/APM for growth.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years on heavy civil projects, FDOT experience, and a Civil/Construction degree. Base in SW Florida or willing to relocate to Naples, with full benefits and steady FDOT work for a reputable contractor.

Formación

• 7+ years on heavy civil highway, bridge or DOT projects, in PM or senior APM role.
• FDOT project experience is required.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science.
• Strong budgets, forecasts, pay estimates and change orders capability.
• Clear communicator with owners, inspectors and field teams.
• Bridge experience is a plus.
• Based in SW Florida or willing to relocate to Naples.

Responsabilidades

• Run monthly pay estimates, change orders and claims with FDOT and the CEI.
• Manage submittals, RFIs and project documentation through closeout.
• Plan the work with the superintendents and hold the schedule.
• Keep permits, licenses and contract requirements current.
• Drive safety and quality on every job.
• Report progress and risk to the owner and senior leadership.

An established heavy civil contractor with a long track record on FDOT work is hiring a Project Manager in Naples. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer or APM ready for the full seat, who wants to run highway and bridge work for a stable employer with steady work in Southwest Florida. You'll own your projects from start to closeout on cost, schedule, subcontracts and the owner relationship, much of it FDOT work. SW Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For

• Bridge experience is a plus
• Primavera P6 or HCSS is a plus
• Based in SW Florida or ready to relocate to Naples
