Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is helping an established heavy civil contractor in Naples, FL hire a Project Manager for FDOT highway and bridge work. You will own projects from start to closeout, including budgets, schedules, subcontracts and the owner relationship, with day-to-day leadership of engineers, APMs and field superintendents.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years on heavy civil DOT projects, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years on heavy civil highway, bridge or DOT projects, with PM or senior APM role.
• FDOT project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science.
• Strong budgets, forecasts, pay estimates and change orders.
• Clear communicator with owners, inspectors and the field.
• Bridge experience is a plus.
• Primavera P6 or HCSS experience is a plus.
• Based in SW Florida or willing to relocate to Naples.

An established heavy civil contractor with a long track record on FDOT work is hiring a Project Manager in Naples. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer or APM ready for the full seat, who wants to run highway and bridge work for a stable employer with steady work in Southwest Florida. You'll own your projects from start to closeout on cost, schedule, subcontracts and the owner relationship, much of it FDOT work. SW Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Clear communicator with owners, inspectors and the field
• Bridge experience is a plus
• Primavera P6 or HCSS is a plus
• Based in SW Florida or ready to relocate to Naples
