You will collaborate with superintendents, coordinate crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines, manage subcontractors and change orders, forecast performance, and communicate clearly with owners and engineers to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
