Job summary

Teiken Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for the Greater Phoenix Area to lead heavy civil public and private projects with autonomy and direct ownership. This role emphasizes running projects end-to-end with minimal supervision in a family-owned GC environment.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, client relationships, and project administration while working closely with ownership to develop their career within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have PM experience on heavy civil projects (roadway, mass excavation, land/site development).
• Experience with municipal/local or residential land development projects is preferred.
• Ability to run projects with minimal oversight and mentoring.

Greater Phoenix Area, AZ

$135,000 - $145,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Health Benefits + 401(k)

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with public or private heavy civil experience looking to join a growing, family-owned General Contractor in the Phoenix that won't require you to travel?

Do you want to have the autonomy to run projects as you see fit, and work for a company that will genuinely allow you to progress your career?

This General Contractor has built its name on winning and running both public municipal work and private residential land development under one roof. A large public job is kicking off soon, the pipeline behind it keeps growing, and they need someone who can step onto it and own it.

You'll join a small, close-knit PM group where you will run your own projects with real autonomy, work directly with ownership rather than through layers of middle management, and be given support and development to progress your career within the business.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

• Must have experience as a Project Manager on heavy civil projects - roadway improvement, mass excavation, and land/site development experience strongly preferred
• Must have public (municipal/local jurisdiction) or private (residential land development) project experience - experience with both is desired but not required
• Must be able to run projects with minimal oversight and mentoring
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, client relationships, and project administration end to end

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 to start
