Job summary

MBG is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects across multifamily, hospitality, and student housing in the St. Louis and Midwest region.

You will coordinate field teams, trade partners, designers, and owners to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned. Ideal candidates bring at least three years of GC experience, strong financial instincts, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of ground-up GC project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, design teams, and field.
• Experience interpreting construction documents and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination and execution rhythms for assigned projects.
• Maintain scope, schedule, documentation, and financials with proactive risk management.
• Lead safety, quality, and risk management across field operations.
• Drive buyout, subcontractor evaluation, and change management.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and ensure timely minutes.
