STRUCTURAL in Chattanooga is seeking a Project Manager for its Nuclear Division to lead self-performed repair and restoration projects on nuclear sites, prioritizing safety and quality. The role emphasizes contract preparation, scheduling, and financial oversight to drive project success.

You will mentor PMs and field teams, work with estimators and sales on bids, assess risk, and build lasting client relationships while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of nuclear, industrial construction or restoration project experience.
• Experience managing projects up to roughly $5–$15 million in value.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair/restoration projects on nuclear sites.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other financials.

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be focused on supporting our growing Nuclear Division. This Project Manager would ideally be based in the Southeast Region of the US in Chattanooga or Charlotte.STRUCTURAL’s Nuclear Division has a mission to extend the service life of the nation’s largest source of clean, carbon free, energy. Our team features a multitude of positions in various geographic regions collaborating effectively through travel, video conferences, and collocating on project sites. The Nuclear Division has responsibility for all 50 states.Our Nuclear Division is recognized as an industry leader in developing technical and innovative repair solutions for both safety related and non-safety related projects under both our own and our partners NQA-1 Appendix B programs.
