As a Project Manager supporting Field Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, tracking that budgetary needs are met, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing large, complex projects.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
