About the role:
AMT is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful execution of DoW / DoD project work awarded through an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) or similar federal project structure. This position supports a recently awarded contract. This is a mid-level project management role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to manage schedule, deliverables, risks, communications, project documentation, and project administration in a disciplined way. In this role, the Project Manager will help ensure that AMT’s project team executes on time, meets government-facing deliverable requirements, maintains clear internal and external communication, and keeps project documentation organized and audit-ready. This role will also support project financial administration, including tracking progress against milestones, coordinating cost and labor inputs, and assisting with invoice preparation and backup documentation for DoW / DoD review.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting defense, federal, government-funded, or technical projects and understands the importance of compliance, documentation, stakeholder responsiveness, and disciplined execution. Prior exposure to OTA projects, milestone-based deliverables, government reporting, or federal invoicing is strongly preferred.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with an initial term of 12 months; it concludes upon project completion but may be extended based on business needs.
