White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a project lead to oversee rebar projects from setup through completion. You will manage contracts, coordinate detailing, scheduling, and delivery, and liaise with customers and teams to resolve issues.
The role requires strong project management, meticulous communication, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a construction setting. On-site work in Tulsa, OK, with occasional travel as needed.

Responsible for overseeing the execution of rebar projects from the set-up phase through completion.
Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services.
Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.
Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.
Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed.
Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team.
Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.
Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.
Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors, such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
2 + years of project management experience and 1 + year of construction project management experience.
Basic knowledge of Oracle.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills combined with the ability to meet deadlines and mult-task in fast-paced environment.
