Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline and at least six years of progressively complex experience in project administration.
• Experience reading, understanding, and analyzing technical products (e.g., drawings, CAD, specifications, design reviews, bills of material, data sheets).
• Must demonstrate an extensive understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Determine export and import jurisdiction and classification for goods and technologies, including HTS codes, USML categories, and ECCN.
• Review engineering drawings and product descriptions to understand technical characteristics.
• Coordinate with ITC, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal/Compliance for necessary information.
• Document classification decisions and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings regarding sourcing options and landed cost impact.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive export-controlled information.
