Job summary

Job Juncture in Brentwood, TN is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial TI/build-out estimation. You will manage client relations, coordinate project staff and subcontractors, and oversee bidding, budgeting, and scheduling to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, proficiency with Timberline/Procore/Bluebeam/Paskr, a B.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems.
• 3+ years estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects.
• Local Nashville area relationships with Architects & Investment/Development companies.
• Experience negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred.
• Lives in local Nashville area (no relocation assistance provided).
• Residential construction experience will NOT be considered as equivalent.

Position Summary

Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors. The PM Estimates the projects & Plans, coordinates all activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Build-Out / Ground-Up project experience (preferred)
• Commercial Construction Experience (Projects $250K-$5+MM)
• Analytical | Budgeting | Scheduling Expertise
• Estimating & Bidding Experience (requred)
• Negotiating | Contracts experience is necessary
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Relationship buildingexperience with owners around the area

Education/Experience

• Construction Management or Business (Bachelor’s) degree - Preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience in the commercial new-remodel construction industry
• 5+ years of Project Management construction experience required in commercial industry.
• The selected candidate will also have a clean drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.
