Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager Team Leader to oversee the administration, implementation, and management of equipment fulfillment project management processes. You will drive operational excellence, support strategic objectives, and be accountable for project and area financial results with 4 direct reports and $100M revenue.

• Strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment with attention to detail.

• Responsible for process improvement initiatives relating to PA scope of work whether managed by the Field Ops team or locally identified initiatives.
• Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
• Coach project managers and collaboration with Account Managers and Sales leaders.
• Responsible for continued training for systematic changes and standard work changes.
• Identify Equipment Fulfillment projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Project management and reporting.
• Up to 25% travel between offices - Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the equipment fulfillment project management processes in its goal of operational excellence, support of overall strategic objectives, and accountable for overall project and area financial results. This role has 4 direct reports and is responsible for $100M in Revenue.
