Job summary

ECC is seeking a Project Manager to lead environmental remediation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence while meeting client satisfaction. The role oversees scheduling, cost control, risk mitigation, and contractor coordination, with on-site leadership and periodic travel.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's in engineering or science and at least two years of PM experience, preferably in environmental remediation.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of successful project management experience, including cost, schedule, and communications.
• Experience with environmental remediation projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to travel onsite and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities of designated project to meet goals within time frame and funding parameters.
• Create and review project proposals, timelines, staffing, and resource allocations.
• Ensure safety and quality are integrated into planning and execution.
• Coordinate staffing, assign duties, and manage project personnel across phases.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage contractual agreements and change orders; resolve issues with clients and subcontractors.
