Integron Systems, part of the PPC Partners family, seeks a Project Manager – Electrical Modular Construction in East Troy, WI to lead modular electrical projects from planning through completion. You’ll coordinate with estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

BS in construction management or related field is preferred; 3+ years in PM/construction is desired.

• 3+ years of project management, project engineering, construction management, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent construction, trade, or project management experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, procurement, and change management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Job Description

The Project Manager – Electrical Modular Construction is responsible for leading modular construction projects from planning through successful completion, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

This role works closely with customers, estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to successfully deliver modular electrical projects. The Project Manager will oversee project documentation, purchasing, submittals, schedules, budgets, and coordination while helping teams resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

Project & Modular Execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of project management, project engineering, construction management, or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction, trade, or project management experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, procurement, and change management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction or project management software experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and customer service.

Experience in electrical construction, modular construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, data centers, industrial construction, or similar project environments is preferred but not required.
