Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across divisions including aluminum storefronts. You will coordinate internal teams and external clients, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and elevate incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors and site meetings as required.
• Create and maintain project documentation and close-out activities.
