Job summary

Manganaro Building Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Specialties (Division 10) to join our team in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on leading Division 10 projects, coordinating field operations and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will build and guide project teams, review contract documents, manage changes, and communicate with clients and vendors. A minimum 5 years in Division 10 is required, with a track record of delivering complex specialty trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specializing in Division 10 construction.

Responsibilities

• Builds, leads and motivates an effective team.
• Maintains strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Ensures the continuous development and implementation of Manganaro's technical policies and procedures.
• Fully responsible for the implementation of all field systems and construction methods/procedures through an effective management program.
• Interprets project documents, including contracts, plans, specifications and change orders.
• Reviews and prepares Change Order cost and pricing for approvals.
• Understands and manages assigned project folders, field package, cost control, estimating and cost management systems.
• Trains others on technical knowledge and cost sensitivity for the product line.
• Organizes and aids in marketing activities with clients.
• Uses technical knowledge of products to prepare a control estimate for review using OST and best practices.
• Visits active projects to gain knowledge of field methods.
• Orders, tracks and handles administration of orders with field and vendors.
• Communicates with field team to monitor schedule, production and job performance.
• Reviews accounting tasks including invoices and payroll approvals.
• Represents the company at outside meetings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Possesses, maintains and trains others in the technical knowledge and cost sensitivity needed for product line.
• Organizes and aids in marketing activities with our clients.
• Uses/applies technical knowledge of products to prepare a control estimate for review and approval using current estimating tools and systems (such as OST), as well as knowledge of best practices, policies and procedures.
• Visits active projects and applies and gains knowledge of field methods and systems.
• Orders, tracks and handles administration of orders within clearly established policies, including communication with field and vendors to communicate stocking plans.
• Communicates regularly with field team to monitor, analyze and track schedule, production and any job performance/issues. Prepares field reports, projections and month-end reporting.
• Reviews and handles accounting tasks, including invoice, requisition and payroll approvals.
• Using knowledge, communicates effectively with client; represents the company at outside meetings.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience specializing in Division 10 construction.
