Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Distributed Control Systems in Schaumburg, IL. You will own project scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality, coordinating cross‑functional interfaces to deliver complex process automation projects.

Requires a BS degree and 3–6 years of PM experience with strong analytical skills. You will drive risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and proposal development in a fast paced, customer‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required and 3–6 years in project management or related role.
• Extensive experience in managing medium to large projects.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Solid understanding of DCS systems and their role in planning and execution.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
