Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Manager for dam facilities in Wisconsin. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across heavy civil projects, serve as the client liaison, and manage budgets and procurement.

Strong communication and hands-on PM skills are essential. Preferred candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 2+ years in project management; dam experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of related construction project management experience; dam facilities experience highly preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure with CPM Scheduling, T&M Billing, Change Orders and cost control.
• Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and work hands-on.
• Strong written and verbal communication, knowledge of industry standards.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; proficiency with MS Office tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; knowledge of safety plans and QA/QC.
• Familiarity with HCSS, AASHTOWare, Primavera/P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget and projections for profitability.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and labor resources for projects.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors; manage change orders.
• Market and secure additional work; oversee project change management process.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects per contract requirements.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings.
