Job summary

Quality Power Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in the United States (Madison, WI area) to lead complex, large-scale critical power projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and client management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in UPS and battery systems, with strong leadership of cross-functional teams and high-profile clients, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of project management experience in power, data centers, or similar.
  • PMP certification preferred; strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA/IEEE is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale critical power projects, including data centers, healthcare, and industrial applications.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure alignment with contract scope, technical specifications, and client expectations.
  • Drive project milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
