Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager – Risk Technology to lead end-to-end technology projects supporting Counterparty Credit Risk platforms.

You will drive delivery across risk, quant, engineering and operations, manage Jira-based plans, and coordinate regulatory initiatives such as Basel III/IV and EMIR in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in Financial Services / Risk Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk or related risk platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum & hybrid methodologies.
• Understanding of derivatives and trading lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL & technology delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCR technology projects covering Exposure, PFE/EPE, CVA, Limits, Netting & Collateral
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks & issues
• Coordinate across Risk, Quant, Engineering, Compliance, Operations & Front Office
• Drive requirements, testing, UAT, implementation & releases
• Manage Jira project plans and delivery tracking
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting & stakeholder communications
• Support regulatory initiatives including Basel III/IV, SA-CCR, SIMM & EMIR
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
