G&E Partners, partnered with a well-established General Contractor, seeks a Project Manager to lead regional projects from a Winchester, VA office with no daily DC/NOVA commute. The role focuses on Healthcare, Senior Living, Education, Commercial and Historic Renovation across the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from start-up through closeout.
• Own project budgets, cost projections and schedules.
• Manage subcontracts, change orders and billing.
• Build strong client and design team relationships.
• Work closely with field team.
• Solve problems on site and keep projects on track.
