Job summary

CBX Solutions, located in Vermont, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer-based projects across divisions including aluminum storefront work. Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget deliveries.

Excellent communication, organization, and multi-project management skills are essential, along with a valid US driver’s license and 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in relevant industries (construction, Division 8/10, aluminum storefront).

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and alignment with stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors and delegate tasks to resources.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Attend site meetings as per customer schedule and requirements.
• Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards, and safety.
