FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to represent the owner's interests across multi-state cannabis facility development projects. You will oversee planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout for cultivation, processing, and retail facilities, coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, and regulators.

Travel 50-75% and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a project management field, or 6+ years in the trades, specifically construction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Represent the owner’s interests throughout design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
  • Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost reports.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and milestones.
  • Manage multiple projects across various states simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and oversee general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and contractor invoices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule or budget.

The Project Manager, Construction will serve as the owner’s representative for multi-state cannabis facility development projects. This role is responsible for protecting the owner’s interests while overseeing the planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout of cultivation, processing, and retail facilities across multiple jurisdictions.

The Project Manager, Construction must be able to travel 50-75% of the time and thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and have strong experience coordinating contractors, engineers, architects, and government agencies while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local and state regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a project management field, or 6+ years in the trades, specifically construction.

What We Offer

$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
