Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a seasoned construction project planner/manager to plan, coordinate, and direct multidisciplinary projects across clinical and operational domains at Piedmont facilities in Georgia.

The role emphasizes collaboration with organizational leaders, rigorous analysis, benchmarking, and financial pro forma work to meet corporate targets and improve facility project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction project coordination/planning experience required.
• GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• None of the licenses or certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and directs multidisciplinary strategically important projects.
• Projects completed with freedom and initiative, and with accountability to achieve corporate targets.
• Provides high quality project management and analysis for an array of clinical and operational issues.
• Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative.
• Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance.
