Commercial Roofing - Project Management

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting multiple job sites weekly; conducting roof inspections and meeting with clients to assess completion, address concerns, and perform on-site tasks.
• Reviewing proposals and contracts to accurately execute project contracts, making adjustments as needed.
• Reading blueprints and specifications.
• Computing cost factors for planning, organizing, scheduling, vendor/subcontractor selection, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Consulting with Estimators to understand manufacturer details and specific project requirements.
• Identifying cost trends to aid management in cost reduction and process improvements.
• Calculating costs for labor, materials, and time requirements for change orders.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Ability to set up ladders and access roofs to gather data. Capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requesting material quotes as necessary.
• Managing Superintendents and roofing labor contractors.

Additional requirements:

• Work closely with the estimator.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle.

• Relocate/reliably commute to Omaha, NE (required)
