Job summary

Cherry Coatings, based in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead coatings projects from start to finish. This full-time role requires 5+ years in commercial paint coatings estimating or project management and a highly organized, team-oriented approach.

The candidate will manage bid evaluations, coordinate with operations, and ensure project goals are met. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial paint coatings estimating or project management.
• Proven ability to run projects end-to-end with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety- and people-first culture.
• Mentor, coach, and develop all team members.
• Ensure complete bid & cost evaluation for each project.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, project teams, architects, engineers, vendor reps.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and formal presentations for a project.
• Job site visits to review conditions; partner with Operations & Field Management for input.
• Develop a preconstruction meeting schedule & monitor progress.
• Present job cost, scheduling updates, and budget updates at regular intervals.
• Review all project documents, for completeness & accuracy.
• Develop creative & innovative approaches and solutions per project.
• Identify, adapt, and resolve complex issues.
• Lead, manage & motivate project teams through all phases.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our San Antonio, TX team, ideally with 5+ years in Commercial Paint Coatings estimating or project management. A successful candidate will be a highly organized team player who can deliver in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ultimately handle all aspects of assigned projects from beginning to closeout. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
