  • Lead regular cross-functional product development and collaboration meetings and follow up on outstanding action items, decisions, and deadlines
  • Ensure Design has the necessary briefs, direction, priorities, and information from Merchandising to begin and complete projects on time
  • Ensure Merchandising reviews and provides feedback and approvals within the timeframes required to keep development moving

  • Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while understanding the different priorities, calendars, positioning, and requirements associated with each
  • Establish and maintain effective project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting that provide a clear view of development status
  • Escalate significant timing risks or unresolved issues to divisional leadership when necessary
  • Continuously evaluate the development process and recommend opportunities to improve speed, accountability, communication, and efficiency
Who You Are
  • A highly organized project manager who can effectively manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates challenges, identifies dependencies, and drives solutions before issues impact timelines
  • A strong communicator who can effectively bridge creative and commercial teams
  • A collaborative partner who can hold teams accountable to deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships
  • A self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • A strategic thinker who can translate brand and merchandising objectives into actionable project plans
