Are you passionate about civil engineering with a knack for leading teams and managing projects? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our Civil Engineering design team. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of our infrastructure projects, managing from inception to completion. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including conception, design, permitting, and more.
• Manage and coordinate with a team of CAD Designers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project status.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in Civil3D and Civil Engineering Design/Drafting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Site Engineering & Real Estate Developments (MF, Com, Res) projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Solid problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
