Construction Demathieu & Bard (CDB) inc. is looking for a Project Manager in Alexandria, Virginia. This role involves leading a team of engineers and site superintendents on medium to large civil construction projects. Reporting to the subsidiary Director or Operations Manager for the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, as project manager you will be providing leadership to a team of engineers, project coordinator(s) and site superintendent(s) in the successful planning and implementation of medium to large civil construction projects. The project manager is accountable for delivering project(s) on time and budget, while maximizing financial returns to the organizations. With a focus on safety, the project manager is providing leadership in the development of project execution plans, detailed project scheduling activities, develop and monitor project budgets and expenditures, and maintain positive relationships with project clients.
This role requires extensive experience in concrete, site development (earthworks and utilities), and stormwater management.
