Job summary

M&J Civil Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead civil projects from inception to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets and quality, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in civil PM, proficiency with Procore and Deltek ComputerEase, and a valid driver's license, with a track record of reducing risk and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with Procore and Deltek ComputerEase is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to maintain project progress and meet key milestones.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to drive efficient execution and resolve issues in real time.
• Monitor project costs, job budgets, and financial performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs, regulatory requirements, and jobsite standards while promoting a culture of accountability.

Experience & Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within civil construction.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with construction software platforms such as Procore and Deltek ComputerEase is strongly preferred.
