AbbVie’s Business Evolution Strategic Development (BESD) team is an enterprise team responsible for developing and driving forward‑looking strategic plans that will ensure AbbVie’s readiness for, and ability to successfully navigate, potential changes in the healthcare environment such as Most Favored Nations (MFN) pricing controls and Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM).
Project Manager, BESD role provides business‑critical operational support for cross‑functional initiatives related to addressing external disruptions. Facilitates the execution on business priorities and strategies and enables strategic decision making by: project managing key milestones, governance, synthesizing key insights, meeting preparation, workshop planning, and contributing to the development of high‑impact leadership presentations. Serve a critical role in supporting stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, clear communication, and timely execution of key deliverables.
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our long‑term incentive programs.
