Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of medium to large scale within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate Architects, Engineers and Designers to maintain quality.
• Prepare project documents: meeting minutes, field reports, cost estimates, timelines.
• Maintain positive client relationships and communicate issues to leads.
• Stay current on NYC building codes and coordinate site activities.
