Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is partnering with an established building automation and HVAC controls organization to recruit an experienced Project Manager.

The role oversees BAS projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning and turnover, coordinating BIM/MEP drawings, schedules, and codes to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BAS/HVAC project management, excellent communication, organizational, and budgeting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of BAS/HVAC controls or HVAC mechanical project management experience.
• Proficiency with BAS, HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, or related building systems.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, construction specifications, and mechanical/electrical plans.
• Experience coordinating project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
