HTS Engineering Ltd. in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex building projects from award to completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contracts, monitor scope, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple stakeholders. The role requires strong BAS knowledge, a construction science background, and the ability to translate requirements into detailed plans while maintaining precise records, schedules and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and building infrastructure systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects from award to completion.
• Oversee execution and review of scope of work in customer contracts.
• Proactively manage project financials including scheduling of values, progress billing, invoicing, procurement, monitoring costs and cash flow.
• Translate project requirements into proposals and detailed implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to project team and maintain accurate status records.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize cost and schedule deviations.

Project Manager Position Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects for all types of projects including the largest and most complex projects from award through completion of project.
• Manages the execution and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in customer contracts.
• Proactively manages project financials including coordinating schedule of values, progress billing, invoicing, material and supply procurement, monitoring committed cost, maintaining positive cash flow and assisting in coordinating receivables.
• Translates project requirements into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet customer needs.
• Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
• Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

Project Manager Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Advanced understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and other building infrastructure systems
