Estrem & Co. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will lead budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver high-profile builds. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction PM, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
