What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, release, and closing
2. Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and ensure project alignment and integration

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available
3. Ability to travel 25% of the time
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or project leadership role
5. Experience with financial aspects of project management, including revenue recognition and project accounting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline
2. Experience in the Pulp & Paper or Metals industries
3. Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a high-stress environment with competing priorities
