Allied Electric Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support our Central Texas operations.

You will assist Project Managers, coordinate with General Contractors, and help with permits, change orders, and project closeouts to keep projects on schedule. The role requires a current TDLR license, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Supports project managers by coordinating tasks and information flow.
• Requires strong communication with managers, customers, and partners.
• Demonstrates adaptability and willingness to learn from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
• Provides support for construction Project Managers.
• Communicates with General Contractors as directed by staff.
• Assists with procuring permits as needed.
• Sets up jobs in AutoDesk.
• Assists in submitting change orders.
• Assists foreman with close out process for projects including punch lists.
• Assists with Accubid entry.
• Attend post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.

A well-established Central Texas Electrical Contractor, Allied Electric Services is looking to add a Project Manager Assistant to our team.

• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
