Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years relevant construction industry experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction plans, specifications, contracts and related documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated management, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment.
• Preferred: NYS Professional Engineer or Architect license; experience with Oracle Contract Manager, PMWeb, and P6 scheduling.
