Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the United States. The role combines construction leadership with AI-enabled scheduling, software collaboration, and design coordination.

You will travel to San Francisco one week per month for on-site alignment and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction project management, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and hands-on experience with 4D scheduling, BIM, and related PM

Role & Required Experience

• Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Core Skills: Deep expertise in interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and real-world project execution.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience using 4D scheduling software, construction PM tools, and 3D modeling/BIM. You must be comfortable partnering closely with software engineers and AI tools.
• Location: Must be located in the US and willing to travel to San Francisco for one week every month.
