Responsibilities
  • Command the Project: Take full ownership and responsibility for all assigned projects from start to finish. Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and service teams to manage budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution.
  • Build the Blueprint for Success: Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate changes effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Select and coordinate with contractors and consult with clients to direct project development.
  • Ensure Flawless Execution: Manage critical project components including customer support, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Guarantee Quality & Reliability: Uphold the highest standards through rigorous quality assurance, testing, and commissioning to ensure our power solutions are ready when they're needed most.
  • Be a Master Communicator: Write clear, informative reports and correspondence. Speak effectively and persuasively with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicts to keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of 7-10 years of extensive, hands‑on project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a construction or manufacturing setting, with expertise in formal project management processes.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to read and comprehend project specifications and equipment submittals.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and leadership skills to manage project team activities and overcome obstacles.
  • Willingness to travel within the So / No Cal Quinn sales territory up to 10‑20% of the time.
