Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives in aerospace applications. The role requires coordinating across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

You will write progress reports, establish a program dashboard, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Travel of about 10% within the United States may be required as the program phases progress.

Job description

• Project Manager, responsible for driving the New product development project(s) related to the products that are used in Aerospace applications.
• Shall work across the various Functional teams within the organization - ranging from Marketing, Engineering, Operations and also the external parties such as Customers, Engineering partners,
• Test Labs, Protype vendors and such - to ensure that the New Product Development is progressing as per the scheduled plan, budget and adherence to the quality standards process established.
• Shall write reports about program progress, budgets, or other issues related to the program. Shall establish a project status dashboard and process to continuosly monitor and effciently manage the progress of projects. Identify and report risks before they realize, devise ways to mitigate risks before they become a reality.
• The successful Project Manager would be leveraging the skill-sets from the areas such as Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Communications (e-mails, Presentations, Verbal), Interpersonal - Negotiation & Influencing.
• Some travel (around 10%) would be required within the US, when required as per the program stages.
